The land Requirement for ALDS :

Plot size requirement minimum 10000 sq ft in city area, 14500 sq ft on state highway, 20000 sq ft

On national highway.

Frontage minimum 100 ft.

There should be no public gathering place like theater, marriage hall, school, hospital, etc within 100 mtr radius.

There should not be any overhead electrical transmission line passing through the plot.

On national highway, there are certain other constraints like minimum distance from existing fuel Station, from intersection, etc and they differ according to location of the plot whether it is in urban stretch, rural stretch or rolling stretch and this can be verified by inspection of site.

Scope of Work - CPIL

Preparation of layout Drawing, Documents and pre approval from CCOE

Layout & Supervision of Civil Work

Supply & Installation of Mechanical & Electrical items as per company’s quotations

Safety Certification of Installation under Rule 33 from competent Authority as per CCOE requirement

Commissioning & Trial Run of ALDS

Training to Staff for effective running of ALDS

Scope of Work – CLIENT

Obtain DM-NOC, Road Access permission if land situated on NH/SH

All Civil Work of the ALDS

Arrange for Electricity supply (3 phase, 15 HP), Water Supply

Provide Temp shed/godown, Security during installation of ALDS

Optional items Canopy, Totempole, Air Dispenser, Pre-fabricated Sales Office
